From Bonnaroo to Boulder
Sustainable Table's 2008 Mini-Tour

It might not be as big as Sustainable Table's 2007 Eat Well Guided Tour of America, but 2008's "From Bonnaroo to Boulder" will be filled with sustainable food, fun and adventure!

Join us as we start our journey with five days at this year's Bonnaroo music festival in Manchester, Tennessee.  Highlights of our time there include a local sustainble cookout with Farm Aid at their campsite.  After the event, we travel for two and a half days to the LOHAS conference in Boulder, Colorado, stopping at select places along the way.  We'll be blogging and taking photos the whole trip - so join us as we embark once again on an exciting Sustainable Table food adventure!
