Slow Food Nation, August 29 - September 1st 2008 Slow Food Nation was billed as the largest food event in America and was held in San Francisco, CA. From Bonnaroo to Boulder, June 12 - 22nd 2008
It wasn't as big as Sustainable Table's 2007 road trip, but our mini-tour was filled with sustainable food, fun and adventure! We started in TN for five days at the Bonnaroo music festival, and then travelled for two and a half days to the LOHAS conference in Boulder, CO. Click here to read all about our trip.

The Eat Well Guided Tour of America, August 2 - September 9th 2007
Sustainable Table travelled for 40 days from CA to NY to bring attention to the growing sustainable food movement across the country. We kicked off in Hollywood and finished up at the Farm Aid concert, which was held on Randall's Island in New York City. Click here to read all about our trip.
