Ingredients:
Organic lettuce
Scallion
Organic tomato
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Simply tear up the lettuce, chop the scallion and tomato and then mix together. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
