Weiling has been working in the design field for more than 20 years. She has led the effort to design and develop many projects for GRACE programs, including gracelinks, The Meatrix, GRACE Water footprint Calculator, and Eat Well Guide, as well as online digital and print projects for various partner organizations. Prior to joining GRACE, Weiling worked on projects for the NYPL Digital Library Collections, Cuisinart, Cantor Fitzgerald, Westinghouse, and Mattel.
She was born in Taiwan and moved to the US. Weiling holds a Master of Fine Arts from Pratt Institue, a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institue and RN in Taiwan. After earning two degrees, and traveling abroad extensively, Weiling has made New York home.

We're excited to report that the partnership that made the flag was featured in a great new documentary, titled "Harvesting Liberty."
