1 1/2 to 2 cups organic milk or cream

Directions:
Pound the steak (if desired) to tenderize
Cut into 3-4" pieces
Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper
Cover the meat with a thick layer of the flour mixture
Fry the meat in hot olive oil on medium setting until brown and crispy
Remove and drain the oil on paper towels while you prepare the gravy

Milk Gravy Directions:
Pour off most of the oil the from pan leaving only the crisp brownings
Mix organic milk or cream with 4 tablespoons flour
Stir this mixture back into the frying pan and cook on low heat until thickened and bubbly
