Over 35,000 people have seen The Meatrix II: Revolting!
Web stats are in for the first day after the launch of the new Meatrix film and they look great! The site has been visited by over 20,000 people just one day after the official public launch, and as more bloggers are picking up the story, and people are letting their friends know, we know those numbers will grow.
Just to give you a feel for how it's gone, on Monday, 595 unique visitors came to the TM2 site. Tuesday (when we actually snuck the site up live but didn't tell anyone!) visits were almost 1,300 people. Word got out a bit by Weds because over 3,400 people visited. On Thursday, our first official day of release, almost 16,000 people came. And today, Friday, we had over 20,000 new people viewing the film.
A big shout out to those helping us spread the word about the evils of factory dairy farming: Jamie Oliver, Dirty Geek, TreeHugger, World on a Plate, The Seattle Post Intelligencer, Tao of Thao, Silicon Valley Blog, Raw Burchard, Daily Kos, and the Fanatic Cook.
