My husband and I have found that grass fed meat is so nutrient dense that we eat half as many ounces as we used to--for instance a porterhouse steak feeds the two of us dinner two nights in a row!

So we eat less meat while still eating it every meal...just fewer ounces at a serving.

We also love supporting grass based farms who are better for the ecosystem and are local producers so less "carbon footprint".

In this way, we can have our meat and eat it, too!

I blog about raw milk, real food and natural remedies. Come see me sometime!
