I live in a village and work in agriculturing. We produce organic foods and i try to read everything about them.
This information is very useful for me. I also found another useful guide about organic foods;

A study done by Rutgers a few years ago had some examples of food comparisons. I don't have the study in front of me, but one result I remember is comparing a vine ripened organic tomato with an artificially ripened red "green" tomato. The vine ripened had over 1900 mg of iron and the other had 1 mg of iron. There were several other examples that I cannot recall at the moment, but I'm not buying that organic is not more nutritious.
