On a whim, I just purchased 10 pounds of apricots at the San Francisco Ferry Building Farmer's Market. 10 pounds! I have been hunting for an apricot jam recipe that is suitable for canning, and this one sounds perfect and easy! And of course, I love that it's French. Thank you, and wish me luck! ( I mean really, who buys ten pounds of apricots?!)
