Unfortunately, I think most people who feel crunched for money will opt for cheap processed foods. I completely agree that a budget for good food needs to be a priority. It should be considered as an investment to good health and well being. There are so many people who complain about the cost of organic food but live in big houses and drive fancy cars that they don't need. It's a shame. Great article Marjorie!
