The problem with going to the store and purchasing vegetables is a lot of them have been sprayed with harsh chemicals such as herbicides and pesticides. If your like me I don't want any of that in my system. Also working in the garden is a great way to relive stress and get away from every day life. I don't have room for a garden so I just get some large pots and and put them on my patio. Gardening is great! This is a great post.
