The book is great.

Anything Robert Kennedy Jr. is involved in has to be great.

I'd highly commend this book to anyone who cares about doing the right thing.

I have a concern abou transitioning back from mass produced food sources to sustainable markets that grow produce and meat products organically and was wondering if Nicolette Hann Niman's book addressed this.

How difficult will it be to elimnate the mass produced, CABO way of life that is able to feed larger numbers of people to the sustainable techniques you address that ensure healtheir food products but produce at lower rates? Will icreasing population growth demand some sort of mass produced process to meet the growing food needs of the world?
