We have gone veggie at home. We still eat meat, but we don't buy it or cook it at home. When we eat out or at a friend's house, we enjoy chicken, fish, and other meats. But in an effort to reduce our carbon imprint, we stay veg in our own kitchen. It's easier than you'd think!
