Yes, its easy to find natural food, but it is, if you compare to other food, often only for a higher price available. So, the most important thing is, to make natural food more cheap and available for more customers.

Being a vegetarian these days is incredibly easy. In most supermarkets across the country, you can find tasty meat substitutes in the freezer section, and, often, in the refrigerated section. You can use these items straight from the package, or use them as the foundation for other dishes, such as spaghetti, casseroles others might make with meat, sandwiches, etc.

I need milk as osteoporosis runs in my family. It seems so difficult to be a vegan. What about cake at parties, ice cream, bread, etc. I don't have time to cook. My son is not a vegetarian. If I was a celebrity and could have my meals cooked and bought, maybe. It just seems next to impossible, although admirable.
