I'm afraid to stay that I can't think of any such list of the top of my head - stores vary so much from place to place. Annie's products are usually sold everywhere, as well as Muir Glen, Amy's, Cascadian Farms, Kashi and maybe Eden Organic. Horizon is sold at most conventional stores, but they are not always so honestly organic and are owned by big agribusiness company Dean. The best way to find out is probably to take a little extra time and dig around the store one day.

Do you have a list of sustainable brands that can be bought at a regular grocery store? For example, I know that the Archer Farms brand at Target utilizes sustainable resources in their fish products. Without Target clearly advertising this on their freezer doors, I wouldn't have known this. Peta puts out a shopping guide of animal friendly vendors every year. Can you guys put something like this together? Or if you have, where can I find it?

Let's face it: the average consumer is driven by price and convenience. I'm a single mom of two children and driving out of my way to a Farmers Market and paying higher prices for organic products really hits me in the pocket book. If I had a shoping guide that I could bring with me to the store of brands that are okay to buy, I could make educated choices with ease.
