I sometimes wonder if there are any shops or restaurants that actually serve real, live fermented foods that haven&#039;t been pasteurized, and that contain the beneficial enzymes (i.e. yogurt, kefir, saurkraut, etc.). I understand that most storebought doesn&#039;t qualify. there are so many shops, restaurants, markets here in NYC someone HAS to be serving some of the real stuff, no?

Any ideas? I&#039;m looking into learning how to do it on my own, but also wondering about finding it &quot;out there&quot;....</description>
