Where oh where can I find raw milk in the DC area? I am dying to try making this from scratch. (Yes, yes, I see there are variations that use store-bought milk and even store-bought yogurt, but when I make something from scratch I want to really MAKE it from scratch....)

One other thing: yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream on just about anything (even on a baked potato) or even as a base for a cream sauce (in place of the cream, depending on the recipe). Who knew? I certainly didn't until I found myself cooking at a friend's apartment, started the base for a lemon cream sauce, and then opened his fridge to find no cream or dairy of any sort except a tub of plain yogurt. And it was darn good sauce that came out (in my humble opinion).
