New Handy Wallet-Size ‘Glossary of Meat Production Methods’!

These kits will allow you to go onto our site and get helpful info (speeches, handouts, presentation materials and more), so that you (and your mom, friends, relatives) can educate others about the issues surrounding sustainable food. In this process we have been looking at our handouts (many which can be found here) and doing what we can to update them.

In the case of our Glossary of Meat Production Methods handout, we have turned it into a nifty folding wallet-sized guide. It is an easy reference of sustainable farming practices and their definitions. Keep it with you to help decipher confusing meat labeling terms at the store. Terms include pasture-raised, organic, cage-free, non-confined, no added hormones, no antibiotics, and more.
