Happy Holidays from Sustainable Table

I just wanted to say Happy Holidays from all of us here at Sustainable Table and The Meatrix! We will be taking a few days off here and there (I’m taking them all!) until the 5th of January when we will be back in full swing, and looking forward to a very sustainable 2009!
