Sustainable Seafood Recipe contest!

This in from Food & Water Watch….If you have a great original recipe for sustainable seafood, Food & Water Watch wants to cook it, taste it, judge it and, if you are a winner, put it in their upcoming sustainable seafood recipe booklet! In return, they’ll send winners a Food & Water Watch chef’s apron, and whoever submits the recipe chosen as their top pick will also receive $250. Get details on dates, rules, entries.

Finalists in the Get Cookin’ contest will have their unique recipes judged by a local celebrity chef. You’ll also help raise awareness on important ocean and fisheries issues.
