ST on Jayni’s Kitchen Cooking Show

Jayni’s Kitchen has three shows on the “green” section of the Lawrence Journal World online, including the show with Sustainable Table. We are getting a lot of press out of this one show… I wonder if anyone in Kansas might recognize Diane and me? We might be famous there. And now that we are breaking out of the Kansas market and onto the internet, who knows!

This wonderful cooking show is hosted by our good friend, Jayni Carey, who was kind enough to have us on during our Eat Well Guided Tour of America last summer. We stopped at Jayni’s house, where the show is filmed, in our giant (bio diesel fueled) rock star tour bus and cooked easy summer gazpacho, corn & pepper fritatta and talked about sustainable food.
