Sustainable Table & Jayni’s Kitchen

Jayni’s Kitchen, hosted by Jayni Carey, will be repeating their Sustainable Table episode from last summer. The show airs in Kansas – on channel 6, Sunflower Broadband, starting the week of July 29th. Watch for it! We filmed this during our stop in Lawrence during our Eat Well Guided Tour of America.

Diane and I were both on the cooking show, and Jayni and I cooked Corn & Pepper Frittata with Salsa Verde & Easy Summer Gazpacho – recipes by me!
