Green–the New Red

Judging by the rapid influx of sustainable (dare I ask if those pink sprinkles are really organic?) cupcakes, cookies and brownies being passed around the office today, it must be Valentine’s Day. In keeping with the romantic tradition of the holiday, the New York Times published an article earlier this week on green weddings.
