Gourmet Delight…Eat Well Guide makes it into Food & Wine Magazine

The article provides advice and recipes from two chefs representing both coasts and provides numerous references for eating well locally (typically defined to be within a 100-mile radius from home). Eating locally helps support local farms and reduces fuel consumption and pollution associated with food transport – and local food tastes good! The article also answers the question, “What is there to eat in the middle of winter??”
