    maple-syrup.jpgWhen most people think of maple syrup, they think of the commercial products from the grocery store that are nothing more than corn syrup (sugar) and food coloring.

    Real maple syrup is only found in the northeastern part of the United States. Trees are tapped in the spring, and the syrup can be used in many ways. Did you know that you can substitute maple syrup in any recipe that calls for sugar?
