It’s always a great idea to travel with blended spices for marinating and dry rubbing. A great mix that I use will be easy for you to prepare before you hit the road.
1⁄2 cup chili powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp instant Espresso Powder
1⁄4 tsp cayenne pepper
1⁄4 cup brown sugar
Combine all of your spices and mix well. Keep in an airtight container or a baggie for traveling.
